A classroom activity: Making Tasty Dishes
Learners participate in a jigsaw game in pairs to familiarize themselves with the vocabulary for some food and ingredients for a listening task later.

A classroom activity: I Can Cook, So Can You
Learners revise and extend their vocabulary relating to food. This is also to help learners practise reading and listening for specific information.

This is to help learners develop the ability to listen for specific information and to use visual and contextual clues to understand a simple spoken text.
